Visit with Santa...

Yes its a little early but we met some friends at Bass Pro and had to give it a try...no crying just looks of shock, i'll take it!

11 Months...

So its getting increasingly more difficult to get these pictures, they refuse to sit still. Lauren looks somewhat happy to be 11 months and Colin is just shocked I think or maybe its because he is teething and miserable!

Updates on the kiddos...both are crawling, Lauren still only army crawls but that girl can move! Both are pulling up on everything, especially Lauren. I'm pretty sure she will be the 1st to walk, she is already standing for a few seconds unsupported. Colin has 7 teeth with more on the way, Lauren still has none! They both still love any food we have given them, we just dropped down to 3 bottles a day an no complaints so far. Lauren still only says Dada but I'm pretty sure I've heard her say uh-oh and maybe hi. Colin says Mama, Dada, Hi and shoes(yes he's obsessed with them). Both learned to wave hi/bye and do "so big"! I can hardly believe we have 1 month to go till 1, it seemed like so far away at one point but has snuck up on us sooo fast!

Daily Life...

Nothing to exciting going on over here lately, life is kinda boring right now if you can even say life with twins is boring!!

My Booders!

Last weekend we dealt with an ear infections accompanied by projectile vomiting, I feel so helpless as a mom with sick babies! Poor Lauren passed out on Daddy's chest.

She later broke out in a rash all over from her antibiotic :-( but thankfully she was better and all cleared up for our pictures yesterday!

In other news Colin is finally officially crawling and getting into everything, Baby Girl still follows behind with her army crawl!

This is as good as Halloween got at our house, both were sick the entire Halloween weekend and i'm not going to lie, these pictures we taken yesterday!

10 Months Old...

Colin

• I'm afraid your going to think your name is Booders and not Colin, thankfully so far you respond to both.
• He has 4 teeth in and his 2 upper front teeth are just breaking through.
• He still prefers to butt scoot around rather then crawl but he is up on all 4 rocking.
• He wants to be able to pull himself up but can't seem to figure it out yet.
• He loves to eat and thankfully isn't picky and eats everything we give him, he is completely off baby food and eats whatever we eat!
• He is doing great now with his sippy when its on his tray and not thrown of the floor.
• He is easily frustrated and wants to be able to do more then he can
• Seriously doesn't he have the best smile ever!
  

Lauren

• She is an army crawler and a butt scooter, for some reason my kids just won't do the typical crawl but they get were the need to go!
• She loves to pull herself up wherever she can and loves to hold your hands and walk around!
• No teeth for her yet but that doesn't stop her from eating whatever she wants
• She is a great eater as well and will eat anything we give her, no baby food for her either anymore
• She is a sippy cup master and loves to drink water just like her mom she much prefers water over milk(formula)
• She hates when Colin touches her even when he is being nice and not pulling her hair!
• She lets out the biggest screams of excitement when either Daddy or Mommy come home from work, its the best welcome home anyone could ask for!

9 month stats @ 9.5months...

Colin weighs 19lbs11oz (30%)

His length is 29inches(68%)

Only noted problem was his iron was just under normal at 30, normal is 32 but Dr D says not to worry and he will recheck at 12months!

Lauren weighs 17lbs6oz (19%)

Her length is 26 1/4 inches (8%)

Her iron levels check out fine!

We are off to pick out our pumpkins tomorrow, hopefully we will get some good pumpkin patch pictures!

9 Months old...

Its incredibly hard now to get them to sit still of these pictures, this was the best i could get it!

Booders at 9 Months

• Has 4 teeth, the bottom front is fully in and the one beside is peaking through now and he has 2 top teeth but not the front teeth the ones beside those, weird huh??
• Still no actual crawling, he prefers to butt scoot, we have also seen him army crawl
• Says dada and lala and I think I have heard mama once we work on that one daily:-)
• Favorite food, mandarin oranges, they are his crack, both babies are almost completely on finger foods now and are doing great!
• He can clap his hands to play patty cake and he has waved bye once!

Lauren at 9 Months

• No crawling, she is starting to butt scoot as well but she does pull up on everything she can, especially on me. She got herself pulled up on her crib once as well, thank god we lowered the crib the night before.
• No teeth for her yet, i don't even seeing any coming
• Favorite food, mandarin oranges as well with black beans a close 2nd!
• Loves to make and "O" face and blow air
• Screams with delight when Snax the cat comes into the room!
• She has pretty much mastered the sippy cup!

Colin can actually ride this thing more backwards then forward though!

We almost daily go to play in these swings, Colin's feet almost hit the ground, they are growing so so fast.

We had a play date with our friend Maizza!

Every month is just keeps getting more and more fun, its hard to believe we have 3 months until their 1st birthday, that's just absolutely crazy! Where has this past year gone, last year at this time I was going into the hospital on bed rest, it seems like just yesterday!

BedHead...

Lauren always suffers from bedhead, this by far has been the worst, Colin thinks it crazy!
